Your personalized training and nutrition plans, coach feedback, and progress tracking — all in one place. Updated as you evolve. Available from day two of your membership.
Boutique Classes
Expert-led group classes in Teva’s nature-inspired studios. Boxing, Pilates, Yoga, Cycling, Animal Flow, functional training, breathwork, and more — curated to complement your personalized plan.
Cold Plunge
Cold water immersion for accelerated recovery, reduced inflammation, and nervous system regulation. An integral part of the Teva recovery protocol, available every day.
Sauna
Heat therapy for deep muscle recovery, cardiovascular conditioning, and stress relief. Used as part of contrast therapy protocols or as a standalone recovery session.
Compression Therapy
Full-body pneumatic compression — arms, hips, and legs — to accelerate recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and improve circulation. Ideal post-training or between sessions.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Pressurized oxygen sessions to enhance tissue repair, cognitive performance, and recovery at the cellular level. One of the most advanced recovery modalities in the Teva system.

A premium barbershop for men — precision cuts and grooming crafted with care in a refined, grounded space. Designed to feel as restorative as it is refined.
Aura
Teva’s beauty studio for hair styling, drying, and nail services — including express manicure, pedicure, and Gelish. A polished, unhurried space where elegance meets nature.
Personal Training
One-on-one sessions with a Teva-certified coach, calibrated to your Body Blueprint data. Every session is purposeful, progressive, and built around your specific goals and recovery status.
Guest Day Pass
Invite someone into the Teva experience. Full access to the facilities for the day — a meaningful way to share what you’ve built.
