1. Who we are
Teva Wellness & Lifestyle is a wellness club located at Edgar Allan Poe 1, Polanco, Ciudad de México, C.P. 11540. Throughout this document, “Teva”, “we” and “us” refer to Teva Wellness & Lifestyle, and “you” refers to any person who visits this website or contacts us through it.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this website, submitting a form or contacting us through any channel offered here, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
3. What this website is for
This website presents information about Teva, our facilities, our approach to performance, recovery and longevity, and the memberships and experiences we offer. It allows you to request a tour, ask a question or begin a membership enquiry.
The information published here is general and informative. It does not constitute a binding offer, and it does not replace the membership agreement, which is a separate document signed at the club.
4. Enquiries and membership applications
Submitting a form or message through this website starts a conversation; it does not create a membership. Membership is granted only once an application has been reviewed, the corresponding agreement has been signed and the applicable payment has been made.
We reserve the right to decline an application at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law and our club policies.
You agree that the information you give us is true, complete and current, and that you will keep it updated.
5. Health and medical disclaimer
Everything published on this website — including articles about training, nutrition, recovery, breathwork, cold exposure and longevity — is for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified health professional.
Physical training and recovery modalities carry inherent risks. Before beginning any programme, and particularly if you are pregnant, have a pre-existing condition, are taking medication or are recovering from an injury, consult your physician. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.
If you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any acute symptom while training, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
6. Assessments and personalised protocols
The Body Blueprint and the training, nutrition and recovery protocols built from it are designed for the individual member they were created for. They are based on the data captured at the time of assessment and on the goals stated by that member. They are not transferable and should not be followed by anyone else.
Results vary between individuals. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise of a specific physical, metabolic or performance outcome.
7. Member apps and access technology
Members receive access to third-party applications and systems used to book sessions, follow their protocols, track progress and enter the club. Those services are provided by their respective suppliers and are governed by the suppliers own terms and privacy policies, in addition to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
8. Prices and payment
Any price shown or quoted through this website is expressed in Mexican pesos and may change without notice until it is confirmed in a signed membership agreement. Taxes apply as required by Mexican law.
Payment terms, renewal, suspension and cancellation conditions are set out in your membership agreement and in the club policies handed to you when you join.
9. Bookings, classes and appointments
Class schedules, appointment availability and the services available at any given time may change. We may modify, suspend or withdraw a class, service or facility for operational, maintenance or safety reasons.
Late arrival, no-show and cancellation rules are described in the club policies communicated to members.
10. Intellectual property
The Teva name, logo, visual identity, photography, written content, the Body Blueprint methodology and the structure of our programmes are owned by Teva or used under licence, and are protected by Mexican and international law.
You may read, share and quote our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with clear attribution. You may not reproduce, adapt, republish or exploit it commercially without our prior written permission.
11. Acceptable use
When using this website you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
- Introduce malicious code or anything designed to damage or interfere with the site.
- Extract content systematically, whether manually or by automated means, for commercial use.
- Submit false information, impersonate another person or send unsolicited commercial messages through our forms.

This website may link to third-party sites, including social networks and partner brands. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute relating to this website will be submitted to the competent courts of Ciudad de México, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond by reason of domicile.
